O death, where [is] thy sting? O grave, where [is] thy victory?
While it's true He (Jesus) died for our sins, the miracle of His resurrection can not be understated.
! Corinthians 15:6 "After that, he appeared to more than FIVE HUNDRED of the brothers at the same time, most of whom are still living, though some have fallen asleep."
It's always baffled me how some people can dismiss a man coming back from the dead. "Didn't happen they say!" Five hundred people SAW Him, how many people do they need to testify to the event? "Oh well, that was just those apostles making it up!" Really? Not one book of the time was written disputing what they said. In fact, Jewish historian,
Flavius Josephus himself, NOT a Christian by the way, even testified to His resurrection.
He wrote:" He (JESUS) appeared to them spending a third day restored to life, for the prophets of God had foretold these things and a thousand other marvels about him. And the tribe of the Christians, so called after him, has still to this day not disappeared." Mohomad is dead, Budda, Joeseph Smith etc, you name it, they are dead, you can visit their grave's. Jesus has no grave to visit for He is risen! Still not convinced, then considering that there is more evidence that Jesus lived, died and rose again than there is that George Washington ever lived I don't know what to tell you except this. If you at least believe Jesus lived 2000 years ago, ask Him to show Himself real in your life today. If He's dead and gone, what harm can it do? If in fact He live's, not only in heaven but in the hearts of men, think what your missing. Receive him as Savior today, won't you? What a great day indeed to receive Christ as your Savior, the day we celebrate His resurrection!
Have a blessed day. Just my opinion, Bill
He is not here, He has Risen!

He is risen indeed! Hallelujah!
Good post. Best part is, in the end, we'll be justified and proven right.
It's so very easy for me to believe in the Power of the Holy G_d that I serve - My G_d happens to be unlimited in every and any way. He made us, why on earth couldn't he put us in the grave, take us out of the grave, take us to Heaven, put us in Hell, or any other things imaginable. My G_d in charge like no other. How pitiful if one's concept of G_d is weak and limited. My G_d gives new meaning to POWER and ABLE. Blessings, Carol
